Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and qe88. Read every section before using this platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the qe88 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and any other features made available through qe88.one. 2Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money games and betting markets on qe88, you must complete the account registration process and, prior to any withdrawal, pass the platform's KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification procedure. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on qe88. The platform actively detects and closes duplicate accounts.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify qe88 immediately by emailing [email protected]. qe88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

qe88 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and other approved Bangladeshi payment channels. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Both thresholds are subject to change; current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are typically credited to your qe88 wallet within minutes. Delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times are outside qe88's control.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. qe88 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal.
• qe88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qe88 does not accept cryptocurrency payments.
• In the event of a technical failure or erroneous credit to your account, qe88 reserves the right to correct the error by reversing the transaction, regardless of whether the credited funds have been wagered or withdrawn.

4Bonuses and Promotional Offers

qe88 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins and special event promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the offer itself:

• Welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit is a real-money deposit that meets the minimum amount stated in the active promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the rollover will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• qe88 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be bound by the terms in place at the time of opt-in.
• Only one bonus may be active per player at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit their current bonus before a new one can be activated.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred or shared. Abuse of bonus offers — including collusion, exploitation of software errors or use of multiple accounts — will result in cancellation of the bonus and potential account closure.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specific game or games designated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the rollover requirement stated in the promotion. Unused free spins expire at the end of the validity period stated in the promotion.

5Responsible Gaming

qe88 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, and qe88 staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling. Players are encouraged to use the following tools available within the account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your qe88 account.

6Prohibited Conduct

• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards qe88 customer support staff or other players in any shared platform environment.

7Intellectual Property

All content available on the qe88 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, text, logos, design elements, databases and compilations — is the property of qe88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise exploit any content from the qe88 platform without prior written consent from qe88. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in civil or criminal liability.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qe88 excludes all liability arising from your use of the platform. In particular, qe88 shall not be liable for the following:

9Account Suspension and Termination

qe88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a verification request.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 1, including age requirements.
• A formal self-exclusion request made by the account holder, or a court order or regulatory direction requiring the account to be closed.

10Privacy and Data Protection

11Amendments to These Terms

qe88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
